StubHub Confirms Up to $20 Off $150 With Paze Through November 15

Official terms now clarify the checkout discount, eligible customers, usage limits and the difference between a merchant discount and card rewards.

TL;DR

StubHub confirms up to $20 off a qualifying $150 purchase completed with Paze through November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, or until campaign funds run out. The discount is automatic, but the qualifying amount, usage limits and separate card-benefit terms still matter.

  • The October 19 announcement is backed by full terms last modified on that date.
  • Eligible customers are limited to 3 redemptions per calendar day and 10 during the campaign.
  • Merchant permission to combine offers does not confirm your Chase statement credit or additional points.

What changed

StubHub announced the promotion on October 19, 2026. Selecting Paze at checkout applies the discount without a code. The useful update is the official detail behind the headline: a visible offer can disappear before an order is completed if campaign funds run out.

This is a checkout saving for people already buying tickets. Compare the same tickets and final charges elsewhere before deciding; a discount alone does not establish that StubHub has the lowest total price.

The terms that affect your purchase

  • Eligibility: legal residents of the 50 United States or Washington, DC, at least 18 or the local age of majority, with StubHub and Paze accounts in good standing.
  • Deadline: November 15, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or exhaustion of campaign funds, whichever comes first. Funds are allocated when the order completes, not when checkout begins.
  • Minimum: Section 6 measures the $150 qualifying amount after fees and applicable VAT, but before coupons and discounts. Other taxes, Allianz insurance and post-purchase add-ons do not count.
  • Discount: up to $20 against the remaining listed ticket price after other coupons or discounts, before gift cards or similar credits. It does not reduce fees or taxes; a smaller remaining ticket price means a smaller discount.
  • Limits: one discount per qualifying transaction; up to 3 uses per calendar day and 10 in total. Limits apply to the Paze or StubHub account, whichever is reached first.
  • Exclusions and refunds: no gift-card purchases, prior purchases or retroactive discounts. Canceling all or part of an order forfeits the related discount; refunds reflect what was actually paid.

What about Sapphire Reserve or extra points?

StubHub allows combination with other offers subject to its minimum-purchase and discount rules. That permission does not decide how an issuer processes the resulting card charge.

Chase’s separate personal Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve StubHub benefit requires activation and available credit. Its terms provide up to $150 per half-year and $300 per calendar year through 2027 for qualifying direct purchases; gift cards and StubHub International purchases are excluded. We did not test a Paze purchase or simultaneous credit and extra-points posting. Check the offer attached to your card before including either in the savings calculation.

Before you pay

  • Confirm the chosen card is available in Paze and save the current merchant terms.
  • Check the qualifying amount and the discount on the final checkout screen; complete payment with Paze rather than switching methods.
  • Save the completed order showing ticket price, fees, taxes, discount and actual payment. A checkout preview is not proof that funds were reserved.
  • Track a merchant discount, card statement credit and reward points separately. If relying on a card offer, verify its activation, remaining allowance and posting conditions first.

  • Campaign funds, checkout eligibility and your card’s own terms control. No combined discount, statement credit and points outcome was tested.
