Perkmon is a credit card perks and benefits tracking application. The Service allows users to: • Organize and track credit card benefits • Receive alerts about expiring perks • Use an AI assistant for rewards optimization • Log benefit usage and redemptions The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all benefit information is current or correct. Always verify benefit details with your card issuer.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to: • Provide accurate account information • Keep your password secure • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access • Not share your account with others We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any credit card issuer. Benefit information is based on publicly available data and user input, and may not reflect the most current terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERKMON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (if any).

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
