By accessing or using Perkmon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Perkmon is a credit card benefits tracking and management application. The Service allows you to track credit card benefits, receive reminders for expiring perks, and optimize card usage. The Service is intended for production use. Some features may be labeled beta or experimental and may change over time. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Transmit viruses or malicious code • Collect user information without consent • Impersonate any person or entity

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Perkmon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Credit card product names, logos, and associated benefits are trademarks of their respective owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF BENEFIT INFORMATION. Credit card benefits may change without notice by card issuers. Always verify benefit details directly with your card issuer.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON BENEFIT INFORMATION PROVIDED.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Santa Clara County, California under applicable consumer arbitration rules, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. You and Perkmon waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.
