TL;DR

Bilt says members can now book BLADE flights directly in the Bilt Travel Portal and pay with Bilt Points, Bilt Cash, a linked card, or a mix.

  • Bilt says members can now book BLADE flights directly in the Bilt Travel Portal and pay with Bilt Points, Bilt Cash, a linked card, or a mix.
  • Bilt Cash can cover up to $350 per BLADE seat booking, up to two bookings per calendar year.
  • Credits reset January 1, unused value from a cheaper seat is lost, and Bilt Cash only applies to seat bookings, not luggage or fare upgrades.

What changed

Bilt added BLADE airport flights to the Bilt Travel Portal on August 13, 2026. Members can now search and book BLADE inside Bilt, then pay at checkout with Bilt Points, Bilt Cash, any linked card, or a mix of payment methods.

The money detail is the Bilt Cash angle. Bilt says members can redeem Bilt Cash for up to $350 toward one BLADE seat booking, up to two times per calendar year. That creates a possible $700 annual outlet for Bilt Cash, but only if you would actually use BLADE and can find eligible seats at a price that makes sense.

This matters because Bilt Cash is separate from Bilt Points and has its own expiration behavior. Bilt's support page says Bilt Cash earned during a calendar year expires at year-end, with up to $100 rolling over automatically.

Bilt also says all Bilt members earn an extra 2x Bilt Points on BLADE bookings made through the Bilt Travel Portal. Silver, Gold, and Platinum members get 10% off BLADE bookings made through the Bilt app, while Gold and Platinum members get BLADE lounge access during operating hours. Platinum members also have a separate annual complimentary BLADE flight benefit from Manhattan to JFK or Newark.

Who should care

This is most useful for Bilt members who have real Bilt Cash to spend and already value BLADE's Manhattan airport routes. It is not automatically a $700 win for everyone. BLADE is market-specific, seat prices can be high, and the Bilt Cash credit has breakage if the fare is below $350.

For Perkmon tracking, this should be modeled as a Bilt Cash redemption option with an annual cap, not as a normal statement credit. It also deserves a separate reminder from monthly Bilt Cash credits because the BLADE reset is January 1.

What to do next

  • Check your Bilt Cash balance in the Bilt Wallet before planning around this.
  • Price the same airport trip against rideshare, taxi, train, and any card travel credit you could use instead.
  • Book through the Bilt Travel Portal if you want Bilt Cash or the Bilt app discount to apply.
  • Screenshot the checkout page showing Bilt Cash, Bilt Points, and linked-card payment before confirming.
  • Track the two $350 BLADE credits separately from monthly Bilt Cash credits and year-end rollover.
